Stage celebrates the aesthetics, craftsmanship, and personal value of books.

Goal Crafting a product together in our spare time, free from external constraints and focused on a physical product for the home. 

Project Stage allows a book to be left open on a specific page, displays works in a unique horizontal manner, or can be repurposed for everyday objects like keys or pens. 

The concept was inspired by Japanese plating, giving the food’s value and craft a stage. We wanted to translate this gesture into the home by shining a spotlight on books and the intellectual and personal value they hold for us.
