Project milestones combining ergonomics, components, and display

Project The goal of these assembly lines is zero-defect production. Our field trip revealed misalignment and missing washers as the two key remaining challenges. We address these by integrating a display on the tool to provide operators with real-time feedback right where they work.

The Tilt Control indicates pitch and roll, helping prevent misalignment rather than detecting it after tightening.

The new Verify OK status reports potentially critical deviations, prompting the operator to check for missing washers and manually verify the tightening.

The Magnification feature assists with precise tool alignment, significantly reducing operator strain.
