Social nudges and gamification

Project Sembly achieves this by guiding users through a journey that mirrors the six phases of behavior change.

The digital companion rewards users with XP for low-impact journeys and provides insights into their ecological footprint. The community works towards a shared goal, unlocking Plots, modular public spaces provided by cities to promote sustainable mobility. Participants decide each Plot’s purpose: to play, dine, or gather. Plots are open-source, designed for local production using local materials.

Sembly isn’t just about moving differently; it’s about reimagining neighborhoods around a shared vision, a movement ready to take place in every city.
